Workshops & Training Courses

I offer several options with respect to Emotional Freedom Technique training classes and workshops. For workshop presentations, there are three levels.

Level 1

The first level is the beginner's course which is a one-day presentation. It will give the student basic knowledge. It is approximately 6 hours of instruction and can be completed in a one-day format or for convenience, two evenings.

Course Content

• What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
• How EFT was discovered
• My explanation of why it works and the effect on the body on all levels
• The method itself with the full sequence so that you can apply it on yourself
• The shortcut of the method
• Reasons why it doesn't always work and how to correct it.
• The refinement
• Time for practice to get better at it and resolve  any issues on the spot
• You get a certificate of completion at the end of the day

Level 2

Level 2 EFT training is usually a two-day workshop with 12 to 13 hours of instruction. The prerequisite is to have successfully completed level 1 or having studied the videos and demonstrating sufficient knowledge to be accepted. This level is for someone who wants to practice it with others, and therapists who are interested incorporating this method into their practice to enhance their work. This portion of EFT training is meant to deepen your knowledge of level one and expand.

• Ways to be really gentle with oneself
• How to find core issues
• Work on physical issues
• How to test results
• How to work on the phone with the method
• Delivering EFT in groups

Level 3

The Level 3 workshop is for professionals and only meant for those who have completed the two previous levels. It is a 3-4 day workshop and will extend to monthly meeting or supervision by phone. This is a level of mastery and provides experience to deliver the best quality service to your clients. Experiments and difficult cases can be discussed. All the questions not handled in level 1 and 2 will be covered.
